The firm was retained as Interior Designer to work with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Building Architect, Rothman Partners Inc, to program and specify furniture and furnishings for the new 695,000 SF ambulatory care facility. The scope of work included interviewing departmental staff, preparing typical furniture layouts for each floor and departmental area, compiling a program of furniture and furnishings needs, and preparing specifications for the purchase of the furniture and furnishings items.
A proprietary software program was developed for the project to assist with the compilation of the furniture items and specifications.
