Over the course of ongoing renovations to this 6,000 SF late 19th century Queen Anne/Shingle Style house, many project objectives have been accomplished. These include extensive attic renovations for home office and family gathering spaces, redesigning the master suite and bath, guest bedroom and bath improvements, as well as redecorating the main level entry, living, dining and family room spaces.
A new glass Conservatory was added, replacing an existing shed greenhouse at the rear of the residence. Existing and new HVAC systems were integrated sensitively and seamlessly. Complete interior design services were provided, including custom millwork and furniture design, new and restored lighting, decorative paint finishes, floor and window treatments.
