The objectives of this 9,000 SF project involved creating a new kitchen/family area, opening the living spaces to new and existing outdoor terraces, creating comfortable, functional space at the unfinished 3rd floor attic areas, refurbishing bathrooms, introducing air conditioning throughout, and preserving and restoring the 1928 French Eclectic style in spirit and detail.

Existing slate roofs and stucco walls were repaired and restored as were doors and windows. A master plan for the site was created and extensive site work and landscaping were completed, incorporating a new swimming pool and terrace overlooking a state of the art tennis court.

Complete interior restoration and redecoration were provided, working closely with the homeowner, integrating architectural work, furnishings and custom finishes.
