Existing architectural details from both the late 19th and early 20th century were considered in creating a new interior aesthetic for this 3,000 SF Back Bay condominium. A new kitchen was designed with custom wood and glass cabinets, opening up to the existing dining room. The master bath, guest bath and powder room were all redesigned with classic grey limestone, white ceramic tile and polished nickel fittings.
Starting with the rich palette of the antique oriental rugs selected for the living and dining rooms, the interior furnishings and finishes followed suit. Custom designed furniture was created for the master bedroom, living room and dining room. Restored antique lighting was selected for all major spaces and art work was also selected, framed and installed to compliment the interiors.
